imID Sign REFUND POLICY

imID Sign Refund Policy sets forth the terms and conditions under which imID may issue refunds for the Subscription Plans selected and activated by the User, in accordance with the fees applicable to the selected Subscription Plan.

1. DEFINITION

imID
– means "imID" close joint stock company, incorporated and operating under the laws of Republic of Armenia (state registration number: 264.120.1370112, legal address: Azatutyan 24/1, Yerevan, Armenia), being the owner and the administrator of imID Sign and www.imidsign.am website,
imID Sign
– means a platform which enables individuals and organizations to manage signing workflows, exchange documents, send signature requests for imID Signature purposes,
Subscription Plan
– means a tiered package of Services selected by the User, the use of which is subject to fees as specified in the applicable plan,
User
– means an individual that creates an Account on imID Sign and/or uses imID Sign through a registered Account,
Refund Policy
– means this imID Sign Refund Policy.

1.1. Other terms and definitions used in the Refund Policy shall be construed in accordance with imID Sign General and Special Terms of Use, unless otherwise provided in the Refund Policy and/or otherwise arising from the context of the Refund Policy or the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.

2. GENERAL CONDITIONS

2.1. Users who have purchased a Subscription Plan via www.imidsign.am may cancel the activated Subscription Plan and request a refund.

2.2. Subject to imID Sign General and Special Terms of Use and the Refund Policy, cancellation of the Subscription Plan may entitle the User to a full refund.

2.3. Refund eligibility shall apply only if no signature limits have been used, meaning that no signature transactions have been consumed under the activated Subscription Plan and the refund request is submitted within:

2.3.1. Seven (7) calendar days from the date of activation of the annual Subscription Plan; or

2.3.2. Forty-eight (48) hours from the date of activation of the monthly Subscription Plan.

2.4. The right to cancel a Subscription Plan and receive a refund under the Refund Policy may be exercised only once by each User per Subscription Plan purchased.

2.5. Refund eligibility is determined based on imID Sign usage records at the time of cancellation.

3. REFUND PROCESS

3.1. Users may request a refund by contacting imID using the contact details provided in the Contact Details section.

3.2. Each refund request shall be reviewed in accordance with the Refund Policy. imID may request additional information where necessary to assess the request.

3.3. If the refund request is approved:

3.3.1. The refund shall be made using the same payment method and bank account details used to complete the payment for activation of the Subscription Plan,

3.3.2. Refunds shall generally be processed within thirty (30) calendar days following approval by imID.

3.4. The User shall not be entitled to request that the refund be processed using a different payment method or different bank account details.

3.5. The time required for the refunded amount to be credited to the User's bank account may vary depending on the payment service provider or financial institution.

3.6. If a refund request is rejected, the User shall be informed of the reason for the decision.
